Shipping Policy

Our products ship worldwide with free shipping in India. We fulfill orders to retail buyers through our courier partners.

Our international customers can expect low shipment rates to all countries across the world delivered via FedEx/India Post. The shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight and are displayed during checkout. We try to minimize the cost as much as possible without compromising on quality or speed. We ship all retail orders by the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances it can take upto 3 working days for order processing.

We do not ship CTC Tea outside India, since the shipping cost outweighs the tea cost. In case, a customer wants CTC Tea to be shipped outside India, please contact us via email for a custom quote.
